Yes you do. We can help you register it or do it for you if you prefer. If you already have one that's great, we will help you point it to your new site once it's finished.
The initial Audit and Strategy process takes around a week after which we will present you with our exact proposal to build your site. We will give you a firm timeframe in the proposal but generally speaking, once you have approved the project, building the actual site takes around four to six weeks.
No, we will do all of that for you. After experimenting for years with budget hosting and suffering the consequences, we now insist all sites that we look after are hosted on a premium service. It's a few dollars a month more but if you are running your business online you just wouldn't risk it.
Included as standard in all of our hosting is:
- Daily backups.
- Daily malware scans.
- 24/7 monitoring.
- Core software updates.
Sure. While we are primarily a "done for you" service we understand that you may decide to work on it yourself at some point. In that case we can provide full training on how to use the software to update your site.
Absolutely. We design all of our sites to function perfectly whether they are viewed on a computer, tablet or phone.
Yes we do but that would be additional to our normal website package. Let us know what you need and we will give you a firm price before we start.
